Hookup was easy even though I was replacing a 30 year old Akai receiver with this one. It has been so long since I worked with this type of project I was not aware of the certain cable needed to hookup a TV to it. HINT get a 2.5mm male to RCA male cord and it works very well. The sound quality is great oh and remember once you have hooked up the speakers before you turn on the system turn the mic levels down or the feedback will startle you. Ofcourse as with practically anything there may be some kind of complaint? Mine would be the volume control. It works with even numbers only therefore 18 maybe too low and 20 is too loud BUT I will adapt. By the way I purchased two of the units at the same time and there were no issues with either one.

It’s perfect, can’t believe how good this is. For the price I wasn’t sure how good it would be, good investment glad I didn’t overspend on something else. Vary good buy, enough power u can really feel the base on my set up.

Just received the receiver, attached speakers, including a subwoofer, and it sounds GREAT! Some comments about Pyle tuners was that the built-in fan for cooling was always on and was noisy. These were two or three years old, and so Pyle must have taken notice because the fan is nice and quiet, and only comes on when the cabinet gets warm enough…thermostat controlled. It’s also nice to have a separate control for the subwoofer volume. The iPod dock station on top of the unit is really convenient and it charges the iPod as it plays. This is one of the nicest tuner/receivers I’ve ever bought, and is very reasonable in price.

Purchased this item as a very affordable solution for a stereo receiver for my garage. I truly wasnt expecting much. This unit is amazing with a ton of functionality included at very reasonable price. I honestly could not be happier with it. Would purchase again in a heartbeat (and may for another receiver for the basement).
Highly recommended.

I like the receiver its quite loud in conjunction with my surround sound speakers. The only issue I have right now is there is no power on or off on the remote. You have to manually cut if off on the box. The remote could be layed out much easier but you will need the instruction booklet to see what each item is, like for bluetooth.

For the price I was shocked at how well it performed. Does more and better than some of the big names I tested in a store and they cost $300 to $600. Maybe their sound quality is a little better but not worth the extra money for my ears.

Considering the price of this unit, the sound I get from it is superb. Its blue tooth capability was the selling point for me and am very glad I made the purchase. I know Pyle has been around for years in the automotive stereo business but I never paid much attention to them. Had no idea they manufactured home stereo equipment. As a side note something important to me is that the company is located in Brooklyn, NY. I’m a big believer in buying local.

Just got this today. I had a good laugh when I read the instructions…they are in English but clearly written by someone who doesn’t speak English. Luckily, it is very easy to set up. Initially I thought the Bluetooth wasn’t working, but I used the wrong setting and once corrected, it connected right to my phone. The range on the BT is incredible. Very happy so far.

Great sound. I bought it for the USB Flash drive port and it is awesome. When I first turned it on it was making a funny ‘alarm like’ sound and it took me a few minutes to figure out it is from the microphone input. If you are not using a microphone you must turn the microphone volume controll all the way down.

My Pyle receiver performs exceedingly well. It has everything I want in a receiver. Mostly I play classical and jazz cd’s, but I can listen to am/fm radio if I choose. It surprises me that I can own such a high-quality receiver at such a reasonable price.

I live in a fringe area as far as radio reception. the bluetooth on this is great I connect to my home network through my phone and stream all day in my garage. I love the fact that I have to ability to be able to do that before had to run to an antennae on my roof and I refuse to do that anymore. This is awesome. it was also a surprise when the remote control will forward and pause my phone without it being in my hand.

I really like my Pyle amp. The Bluetooth feature is why I bought it and it didn’t disappoint. I have some good bookshelf JBL speakers and the new receiver/amp sounds amazing. The B set of speakers are on my screen porch and they sound good too. I’m glad I found it.
